Maksym
Born on May 2, 2004, in Donetsk, Maksym discovered his love for the violin at the age of 5. His musical journey began in 2010 at the Donetsk Music Academy Serge Prokofiev, and despite the challenges of the 2014 conflict, he continued his education in Odessa.
After relocating, he pursued music at the specialized music Lyceum Prof. P. Stolyarsky in September 2014, earning recognition in various violin competitions. In June 2019, he achieved first place in the international music competition “Talents of the World," marking a significant milestone.
Maksym played in the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine in Lviv and Kyiv, as a part of the first violin section, and continued his education at the Kyiv specialized music Lyceum from October 2020 to March 2022.
Due to the conflict in Ukraine, he moved to Belgium in March 2022, expanding his global musical journey. Maksym joined the Bruxelles Royal Conservatoire and the Genève High School of Music, studying under respected mentors Tatiana SAMOUIL and Sergey OSTROVSKY. And currently studying in Neuchâtel under Sergey OSTROVSKY.
In 2023, he participated in the Keshet Eilon international mastercourse, refining his artistry. Maksym didn’t only focus on personal growth; he performed on international stages, including the Franz Liszt concert hall at the Conservatoire de Musique, Geneva, and the United Nations, showcasing his talent through charity concerts.
His dedication and artistry earned him numerous accolades in various international and national music competitions, highlighting his impressive musical journey.
