Anaïs Jean Baptiste began playing the flute at the age of 5 with the Cadets de Genève. She was their flag bearer in 2015–2016 and performed with the ensemble between 2016 and 2018.

Between 2018 and 2023, she continued her studies at Studio Kodály with Nataliya Vincent, whom she then followed to the Geneva Conservatory of Music.

She has participated in several competitions in Switzerland and Italy and has won several first prizes at the Swiss Youth Music Competition and the Young Musicians Competition of the Geneva Cantonal Music Association. She also won first prize in chamber music in 2021 at the Concorso Flautistico Internazionale, Academia Musicale Giuseppe Verdi in Venice.

She has also had the opportunity to participate in several masterclasses, notably under the direction of renowned flutists such as Sébastien Jacot.
