Cocktail Reception “Meet the Artists”. Wines from maison « Cap », Morgane Page, La Neuveville.

CAP is the result of the passion and expertise of two dedicated winemakers, Morgane Page and Yannick Allemand. Our adventure began with a shared dream of cultivating vines and producing authentic wines in perfect harmony with nature. Today, that dream has become a reality.

Our philosophy is based on respect for the land and natural cycles. We cultivate our vines using organic practices, ensuring the preservation of our soils and the quality of our grapes.

In the cellar, we promote natural fermentations with indigenous yeasts, allowing each wine to faithfully reflect the unique character of its terroir. Our vineyards are located on carefully selected lands in La Neuveville, on the shores of Lake Bienne, and in Valais, in Fully. This diversity of terroirs enables us to craft distinctive wines, each with its own identity, respecting the region from which it originates.
